POSITION OVERVIEW
The Commercial Kitchen Assistant Manager will support students in preparing lunches Monday through Friday.
Schedule: 1st-shift, Monday-Friday
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily lunch prep and service, ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance with kitchen standards.
- Support, coach, and supervise students with IDD during meal preparation tasks, promoting skill-building and independence.
- Maintain and model proper sanitation and cleanliness practices, including correct handwashing, equipment cleaning, and safe food handling.
